1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Internship Forum Jobs ("IFJ", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. IFJ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Platform Services

IFJ provides career services including job listings, online courses/academy, community forums, and talent discovery tools. Services may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Payments & Wallet

Users fund their IFJ wallet to access paid features (course enrollment, application reveal fees). Wallet funds are non-refundable except where required by law. All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦).

5. Organization Accounts

Organizations may post jobs and/or create courses. A platform commission (as set by admin) is deducted from each course sale before crediting the organization's wallet. Organizations may request withdrawal of their earnings to a verified bank account, subject to admin approval.

6. Course Content & Intellectual Property

Organizations uploading courses to the IFJ Academy represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all course materials including but not limited to videos, documents, images, and text. IFJ is not liable for any intellectual property infringement by course creators. Plagiarized or unauthorized content will be removed immediately upon discovery.

7. Agent/Referral Program

Approved agents earn commission on referred course enrollments. Agent status, referral codes, discount rates, and commission rates are subject to admin approval and may be modified or revoked at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not: post fraudulent job listings, upload copyrighted material without permission, harass other users, attempt to circumvent payment systems, create multiple accounts for abuse, scrape or auto-collect data from the Platform, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

IFJ provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. IFJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
